We had a server crash on June 13th that broke the website AND our backups, so we lost quite a bit of order and account information. If you need to re-download your old purchases, please re-create your account if it is now missing, and then contact us and we'll re-add your purchases to your account. We will need to know either the email or name that was used for the old orders in order to find them. Sorry for the inconvenience.
